Planning Commission Hearing

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, take public testimony, and adopt: 1) a resolution of the Planning Commission recommending the Town Council certify the environmental impact report, adopt California Environmental Quality Act findings, adopt a Statement of Overriding Considerations for significant and unavoidable impacts, and approve a mitigation and monitoring program for the General Plan 2040 project, and 2) a resolution recommending that the Town Council adopt the General Plan 2040.
