General Plan 2040

The Town Council adopted the General Plan 2040 and certified the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) on May 22, 2023. The Housing Element was subsequently amended and re-adopted on September 20, 2023. The adopted Housing Element was submitted on September 22, 2023, to the State Department of Housing and Community Development for review and certification.
