Environmental Impact Report Scoping Meeting

The Town will hold a scoping meeting via Zoom to provide an opportunity for agency representatives and the public to assist the Town in determining the scope and content of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The Notice of Preparation provides a project description of the proposed General Plan; provides objectives for the proposed general plan; identifies the general plan elements to be amended; provides acreages and FAR for all land use designations; provides a growth estimate for residential units, population, and non-residential square footage; and describes the environmental topics that will be covered in the EIR which will evaluate the proposed General Plan policies and growth projections.
